It's sturdily hand stitched with waxed thread and a strong zipper, and there's a pen loop on the outside for your favorite pocket pen.

Please note: This product uses Crazy Horse leather (traditionally used for horse saddles), a full-grain leather that is less processed than other types of leather. It has a soft suede-like finish, and with time and wear it accumulates scratches and signs of use known as patina. It is normal for new Galen Leather products to arrive with some patina already.
